  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. 2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  3. 3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. 4. In the same skillet, add the chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
  5. 5. Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, reduce the heat to low, and let simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
  6. 6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
