- 1 package Puff pastry thawed
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
Cream Filling
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- ¼ cup Powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 1-inch strips.
Wrap the strips around cream horn molds, overlapping slightly.
Roll the wrapped molds in granulated sugar.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool completely before removing from molds.
Whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
Pipe the cream into the cooled pastry shells.
