Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Butter softened
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 3 cups Sugar
  • 6 Eggs
  • 3 cups All-purpose Flour sifted
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar gradually and beat until fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in vanilla extract.
  4. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the creamed mixture, mixing until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
