  • 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Butter, melted
  • 2 packages Cream Cheese, softened
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 units Eggs

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, ¼ cup sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, ½ cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust. Bake for 30 minutes or until the center is set.
  5. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
