Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, ¼ cup sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese, ½ cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust. Bake for 30 minutes or until the center is set.
Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
