Cream Cheese Garlic and Chive Stuffed Chicken

- 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon chives chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, garlic, chives, salt, and pepper.
Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the cream cheese mixture.
Place stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
