Main Ingredients
- 1 package Puff pastry thawed
- 8 oz Cream cheese softened
- ½ cup Granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 Egg beaten, for egg wash
- 1 tablespoon Water for egg wash
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into squares.
Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each square.
Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and press to seal.
Mix the beaten egg with water to create an egg wash and brush over the pastries.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving.
