Cream Cheese Chicken Enchiladas
Delicious and creamy chicken enchiladas that are perfect for a family dinner.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese
- 8 pieces Tortillas
- 1 can Enchilada Sauce
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheese.
Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll them up. Place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
Pour enchilada sauce over the top of the rolled tortillas. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot and enjoy!
