Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 8 pieces Tortillas
  • 1 can Enchilada Sauce

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheese.
  3. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll them up. Place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
  4. Pour enchilada sauce over the top of the rolled tortillas. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
