  • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, beat together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy. Add vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined. Stir in dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
  5. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are lightly browned.
  6. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack to cool completely.
