Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Crab meat lump or backfin
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 large Egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Butter for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, beaten egg, Old Bay seasoning, and chopped parsley.
  2. Form the mixture into 8 patties.
  3. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook the crab cakes for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
