Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 bag Frozen Tater Tots
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned.
  3. Drain excess fat and season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooked beef, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheese.
  5. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Top with an even layer of tater tots.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  8. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes, until cheese is melted.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
