Main Ingredients
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 1 cup sour cream
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
Mix in sugar, eggs, vanilla, and flour.
Add melted butter, sour cream, and salt. Blend well.
Pour into a greased 9-inch springform pan.
Bake for 1 hour or until set.
Cool before serving.
