Instructions

  2. Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
  3. Mix in sugar, eggs, vanilla, and flour.
  4. Add melted butter, sour cream, and salt. Blend well.
  5. Pour into a greased 9-inch springform pan.
  6. Bake for 1 hour or until set.
  7. Cool before serving.
