Cottage Cheese Bread Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Baking soda
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 0.25 cup Milk
- 0.25 cup Butter melted
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.
Add the cottage cheese, beaten eggs, milk, and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
