Cornish Game Hens with Garlic and Rosemary
A simple and delicious recipe for Cornish game hens with garlic and rosemary.

Main Ingredients
- 4 Cornish game hens
- 8 cloves Garlic minced
- 4 sprigs Rosemary
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Rinse the hens and pat them dry with paper towels.
Rub the hens with olive oil, then season inside and out with salt and pepper.
Place a sprig of rosemary and a clove of garlic inside each hen.
Arrange the hens in a baking dish and roast in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until the hens are golden brown and the juices run clear.
Baste the hens with the drippings every 20 minutes.
Let the hens rest for 10 minutes before serving.
