Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Poultry seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 raw egg Egg beaten
  • 4 pieces Chicken halves

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the oil, vinegar, salt, poultry seasoning, pepper, and egg. Mix well.
  2. Place the chicken halves in a large container and pour the marinade over them. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  4. Grill the chicken, turning occasionally and basting with the remaining marinade, for about 45 minutes or until fully cooked.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
