Cornell Chicken Marinade Recipe
A classic marinade recipe for delicious grilled chicken.

Marinade
- 1 cup Vegetable oil
- 1 cup Cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Poultry seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
- 1 raw Egg beaten
In a large bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, salt, poultry seasoning, and pepper.
Add the beaten egg and whisk until well combined.
Place the chicken in the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the chicken for about 30-40 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
