Corn in a Cup Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Corn kernels fresh or frozen
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ½ cup Cotija cheese crumbled
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice fresh
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
1. Boil the corn kernels in a pot of water until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
2. Drain the corn and divide it into cups.
3. Add a spoonful of mayonnaise to each cup and mix well.
4. Sprinkle crumbled Cotija cheese on top.
5. Add a pinch of chili powder, a squeeze of lime juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
