  • 4 cups Corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Cotija cheese crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice fresh
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the corn kernels in a pot of water until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. 2. Drain the corn and divide it into cups.
  3. 3. Add a spoonful of mayonnaise to each cup and mix well.
  4. 4. Sprinkle crumbled Cotija cheese on top.
  5. 5. Add a pinch of chili powder, a squeeze of lime juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
