Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Corn kernels fresh or canned
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 Egg beaten
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil for frying
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
Add the milk and beaten egg to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
Fold in the corn kernels until evenly distributed.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Spoon the batter into the pan, forming small fritters. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
