Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Corn kernels fresh or canned
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 cup Shredded cheese cheddar or Mexican blend
- 1 can Diced green chilies drained
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- to taste Salt and pepper
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients.
Stir until well mixed.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Serve with tortilla chips or your favorite dippers.
