Cordon Bleu Chicken Rolls

- 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 4 slices Ham
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 pieces Eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Pound chicken breasts to ¼ inch thickness.
Place a slice of ham and cheese on each breast. Roll up and secure with toothpicks.
Mix flour, salt, and pepper in one bowl. Place beaten eggs in another bowl, and breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
Dredge each chicken roll in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
Place in a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
