A fun and easy dessert salad made with cookies, fruit, and whipped topping.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Whipped Topping
- 1 package Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 1 can Pineapple Chunks drained
- 2 cups Buttermilk
- 2 cups Mandarin Oranges drained
- 2 cups Fudge Stripe Cookies crushed
In a large mixing bowl, combine the whipped topping and buttermilk until smooth.
Add the instant vanilla pudding mix and mix well.
Fold in the drained pineapple chunks and mandarin oranges.
Just before serving, fold in the crushed fudge stripe cookies.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
