Cookie Dough Truffle Recipe
Delicious and easy-to-make cookie dough truffles.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Butter softened
- 1 cup Brown Sugar packed
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour heat-treated
- 1 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
- 2 cups Chocolate melted, for coating
In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until smooth.
Mix in the vanilla extract.
Gradually add the heat-treated flour, mixing until combined.
Stir in the mini chocolate chips.
Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Freeze the balls for about 15 minutes.
Dip the frozen balls into the melted chocolate, then place them back on the parchment paper.
Refrigerate until the chocolate is set.
