Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cookie Butter
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 units Eggs
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cookie butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
