Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Whole Milk
- ⅔ cup Granulated Sugar
- ⅛ teaspoon Baking Soda
1. In a saucepan, combine milk and sugar.
2. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sugar is dissolved.
3. Once the sugar is dissolved, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add baking soda and stir well. Continue to simmer until the mixture thickens and reduces by half.
5. Remove from heat and let it cool. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
