Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Concord grapes stems removed
  • 1 cup Water
  • 4 cups Sugar
  • 1 box Pectin

Instructions 

  1. 1. Wash and stem the grapes.
  2. 2. In a large pot, combine grapes and water. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Strain the mixture through a cheesecloth to extract the juice.
  4. 4. Return the juice to the pot, add sugar and pectin. Bring to a rolling boil for 1 minute.
  5. 5. Pour the jelly into sterilized jars and seal.
