- 4 cups Concord grapes stems removed
- 1 cup Water
- 4 cups Sugar
- 1 box Pectin
1. Wash and stem the grapes.
2. In a large pot, combine grapes and water. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Strain the mixture through a cheesecloth to extract the juice.
4. Return the juice to the pot, add sugar and pectin. Bring to a rolling boil for 1 minute.
5. Pour the jelly into sterilized jars and seal.
