Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Conch meat, finely chopped
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • ½ cup Onion, finely chopped
  • ½ cup Bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  2. 2. Add milk and beaten egg to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  3. 3. Fold in the chopped conch meat, onion, and bell pepper.
  4. 4. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  5. 5. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. 6. Remove fritters with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
  7. 7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
