Coffee Panna Cotta Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Heavy cream
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Instant coffee
- 1 packet Gelatin unflavored
- ¼ cup Cold water
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
2. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and sugar over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
3. Stir in the instant coffee until fully dissolved.
4. Remove from heat and stir in the gelatin mixture until completely dissolved.
5. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
6. Pour the mixture into ramekins and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
