Ingredients

  • 2 cups Brewed Coffee Strong
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Gelatin Powder
  • ¼ cup Cold Water
  • ½ cup Whipped Cream For serving

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it bloom for about 5 minutes.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, bring brewed coffee and sugar to a simmer, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until completely dissolved.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish or individual serving cups.
  5. 5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  6. 6. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
