Ingredients

  • 2 cups strong brewed coffee
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin powder
  • ½ cup cold water
  • Whipped cream (optional)

Instructions 

  1. Brew 2 cups of strong coffee.
  2. Dissolve 2 tablespoons of sugar in the hot coffee.
  3. In a separate bowl, sprinkle 2 tablespoons of gelatin powder over ½ cup of cold water. Let it sit for a few minutes.
  4. Pour the hot coffee mixture over the gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.
  5. Pour the mixture into a mold or individual serving cups.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  7. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
