strong brewed coffee

Instructions
Brew 2 cups of strong coffee.
Dissolve 2 tablespoons of sugar in the hot coffee.
In a separate bowl, sprinkle 2 tablespoons of gelatin powder over ½ cup of cold water. Let it sit for a few minutes.
Pour the hot coffee mixture over the gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.
Pour the mixture into a mold or individual serving cups.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
Serve with whipped cream if desired.
