Ingredients

  • 2 cups Shredded coconut
  • 1 cup Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips for coating

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract.
  2. Mix well until the ingredients are fully combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  5. Dip each coconut ball into the melted chocolate and place back on the parchment paper.
  6. Let the truffles set in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes.
