Coconut Truffles Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Shredded coconut
- 1 cup Sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Chocolate chips for coating
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract.
Mix well until the ingredients are fully combined.
Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
Dip each coconut ball into the melted chocolate and place back on the parchment paper.
Let the truffles set in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes.
