Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1. Combine coconut milk, sugar, water, lime juice, and vanilla extract in a blender.
2. Blend until the mixture is smooth and the sugar is dissolved.
3. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
4. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
5. Scoop and serve.
