- 1 cup Jasmine rice
- 2 cups Coconut milk
- 1 cup Water
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
1. Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
2. In a saucepan, combine the rice, coconut milk, water, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
3. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to a simmer.
4. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the rice is tender and the mixture has thickened, about 30 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
