Main Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix sugar and melted butter.
Add milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Stir in shredded coconut, flour, baking powder, and salt.
Pour mixture into a greased pie dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool before serving.
