Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 400 ml Coconut Milk
  • 200 ml Heavy Cream
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 teaspoon Gelatin Powder
  • 3 tablespoon Water for blooming gelatin

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, heavy cream, and sugar. Heat over medium heat until sugar is dissolved, but do not boil.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into ramekins and let cool to room temperature.
  5. 5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  6. 6. Serve chilled, optionally with fresh fruit or a drizzle of honey.
