Cake Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup coconut milk
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a cake pan.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix the coconut milk, vegetable oil, and eggs until well combined.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
