Coconut Mango Sticky Rice
A sweet and creamy dessert made with sticky rice, coconut milk, and fresh mango slices.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Sticky Rice
- 1.5 cups Coconut Milk
- ½ cup Sugar
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 2 pcs Mangoes peeled and sliced
Rinse the sticky rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
Soak the rice in water for at least 30 minutes, then drain.
Cook the rice in a rice cooker with 1 cup of water.
In a saucepan, heat the coconut milk, sugar, and salt over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
Once the rice is cooked, transfer it to a mixing bowl and pour half of the coconut milk mixture over it. Stir well and let it sit for 10 minutes to absorb the liquid.
Serve the sticky rice with mango slices and drizzle the remaining coconut milk mixture on top.
