Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, shredded coconut, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix well.
  3. Press the mixture into the prepared baking pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, lime zest, and salt.
  5. Pour the lime mixture over the baked crust. Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  6. Let it cool completely before cutting into bars. Enjoy!
