Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- 1 cup Shredded Coconut
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1. In a saucepan, combine sugar and coconut milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.
2. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes until it thickens.
3. Remove from heat and stir in shredded coconut and vanilla extract.
4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and let it cool completely before cutting into squares.
