Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • ½ cup Coconut flour
  • ½ teaspoon Baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 4 Eggs
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil for cooking

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a bit of coconut oil.
  5. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles form on the surface. Flip and cook until golden brown.
  6. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve warm.
