Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar for caramel
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the sugar until it turns into a golden caramel. Pour the caramel into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  3. In a blender, combine the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, coconut milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture over the caramel in the baking dish.
  5. Place the baking dish in a larger pan filled with hot water (water bath). Bake for about 60 minutes or until set.
  6. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
