- 1 cup Coconut milk
- ½ cup Sugar
- 4 Eggs large
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until well combined.
Add the coconut milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the custard is set and golden on top.
