- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 9-inch pie crust pre-baked
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, milk, cream, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
Stir in the shredded coconut.
Pour the mixture into the pre-baked pie crust.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the custard is set and the top is golden brown.
