Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract.
  2. 2. Mix until well combined.
  3. 3. Scoop small amounts of the mixture and shape into balls.
  4. 4. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. 5. Optional: Melt chocolate chips in a saucepan and dip the coconut balls into the chocolate.
  6. 6. Let the candies set in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
