Classic Tiramisu Recipe
A classic Italian dessert made with layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers and mascarpone cheese.

- 6 large egg yolks
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 cups brewed espresso, cooled
- 1 package ladyfingers
- 2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together egg yolks and sugar until thick and pale.
2. Add mascarpone cheese to the egg mixture and beat until smooth.
3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the mascarpone mixture.
4. Dip each ladyfinger into the cooled espresso and layer them in a baking dish.
5. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining mascarpone mixture.
6. Dust the top with cocoa powder. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
