Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese optional

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  4. Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Add elbow macaroni and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
  7. Serve hot, topped with shredded cheddar cheese if desired.
