City Chicken Recipe
City Chicken is a dish consisting of cubes of meat, usually pork and veal, that are breaded and baked or fried.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb pork, cubed
- 1 lb veal, cubed
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Season the meat with salt and pepper.
Dredge the meat in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown the meat on all sides.
Place the browned meat in a baking dish, pour chicken broth over it, and cover with foil.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until meat is cooked through.
