Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1 ½ cups All-purpose flour
  • ½ cup Unsalted butter cold, cut into cubes
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoon Cold water

Filling

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • ½ cup Fresh lemon juice
  • ½ cup Fresh orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon Orange zest
  • ½ cup Heavy cream

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and sugar. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Add egg yolk and cold water. Mix until the dough comes together. Press into a tart pan.
  4. Bake the crust for 15 minutes. Let it cool.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs, lemon juice, orange juice, lemon zest, and orange zest.
  6. Add heavy cream and mix well. Pour the filling into the cooled crust.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until the filling is set. Let it cool before serving.
