Ingredients 

Dough

  • 4 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Milk warmed
  • 2 ¼ teaspoon Active dry yeast
  • cup Sugar
  • cup Butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Egg

Filling

  • ½ cup Butter softened
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Cinnamon

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Add sugar, melted butter, salt, and egg to the yeast mixture. Mix well.
  3. 3. Gradually add flour, mixing until a dough forms. Knead for 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. 5. Roll out dough into a rectangle. Spread softened butter over the dough.
  6. 6. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the buttered dough.
  7. 7. Roll up the dough tightly and cut into 12 rolls. Place in a greased baking dish.
  8. 8. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  9. 9. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before serving.
