Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
Add sugar, melted butter, and egg to the yeast mixture. Mix well.
Gradually add flour and mix until a dough forms. Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
Spread softened butter over the dough. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon evenly on top.
Roll up the dough tightly and cut into 12 rolls. Place in a greased baking dish.
Cover and let the rolls rise for another 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake rolls for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
