Main Ingredients
- 4 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
Topping
- 1 tablespoon sugar for topping
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon for topping
1. In a microwave-safe mug, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.
2. Add milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth.
3. In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon for the topping. Sprinkle over the batter in the mug.
4. Microwave on high for 1 to 1.5 minutes, until the cake has risen and is cooked through.
