Cinnamon Roll French Toast Casserole
A delicious and easy breakfast casserole made with cinnamon rolls and a rich custard.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cans Cinnamon Rolls with icing
- 4 Eggs
- ½ cup Heavy Cream
- 2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ¼ cup Maple Syrup
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease a baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
Cut the cinnamon rolls into quarters and spread them evenly in the baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.
Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon rolls, making sure they are well coated.
Bake for 35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the custard is set.
Drizzle the icing from the cinnamon roll cans over the top before serving.
